Abstract:
In this article, the author provides the analysis of theories of motivation and transformation leadership, as well as the roles of transformation leadership in making employees motivated. The author also provides his consolidations of relevant study results of both domestic and international sources on the impacts of the transformation leadership onto the working and commitment of employees. Basing on those study results, the author draws his own study model. In this article, the author also established measurement parameters of those factors he used in his model.

Dr. Thai Tri Dung is a lecturer at the University of Economics of Hochiminh City with research interests including psychologies, psychology in business management, organizational behaviors, communication and negotiation skills.
