Biograhpy
Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mien is currently a lecturer at the School of Mathematical Economics and Statistics, School of Technology and Design, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. With a solid professional background in Mathematics and Economics, she completed her PhD at Mahidol University, Thailand, with research on generalized lag models in environmental and human health studies.
Besides teaching, Dr. Ngoc Mien actively participates in scientific research with numerous publications in prestigious domestic and international journals, focusing on finance, econometrics, and applied statistics. She has also contributed to many ministerial-level research projects, particularly studies on the propagation of financial volatility and the environmental impact on public health.
With a passion for teaching and research, Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mien constantly seeks modern approaches to help students develop analytical thinking and apply knowledge to practice.
